We carefully inspect every STEINDER WEISEN® order before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or promotional periods.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees required by their destination country.

STEINDER WEISEN® is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier.
