These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products sold by Layland LLC (“Layland,” “Steinder Weisen,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the revised Terms are published on our website.

Layland LLC is a New York limited liability company operating the Steinder Weisen™ skincare brand.

2. Product Information

We strive to display our products, descriptions, ingredients, colors, and packaging as accurately as possible. Because our products contain naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur between batches. These natural variations do not affect product performance and are not considered defects. All product information is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase. Acceptance of your order occurs only when your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout where required by law. Prices may change without notice.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed during checkout, including applicable Buy Now, Pay Later providers. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Layland LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, Founder Batch releases, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

8. Founder Batch Orders

Products identified as Founder Batch, pre-orders, or limited production releases may have estimated shipping dates displayed on the product page. These estimated dates are subject to change. Customers will receive shipment confirmation once their order has been fulfilled.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care products, Layland LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any purchases.

We are unable to accept products that have been opened, used, or returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. At our sole discretion, we may replace damaged or incorrectly shipped products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. We recommend performing a patch test prior to first use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Individuals with known allergies should consult their healthcare professional before use.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, product names, trademarks, formulations, images, graphics, videos, text, logos, packaging designs, and other materials are owned by Layland LLC or licensed to Layland LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layland LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. Statements regarding ingredients or formulations have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless expressly stated. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the purchase of products from Layland LLC shall first be submitted to good-faith informal negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the United States in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

Customers agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
