At STEINDER WEISEN®, we believe exceptional formulations deserve exceptional customer care. Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our laboratory, and if something isn’t right, we’re committed to making it right.
Our Promise
Every STEINDER WEISEN® formulation is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or you believe there has been a manufacturing issue, please contact us. We review every inquiry thoughtfully and are committed to finding a fair solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@steinderweisen.co.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable
We’ll review your request promptly and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Allergic or Unexpected Reactions
Every individual’s skin is unique, and sensitivities can occur with any cosmetic product.
If you experience an unexpected reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. While we cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type, we take customer safety seriously and evaluate each situation individually.
Because individual sensitivities vary, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use.
Returns
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.
