“I got the opportunity to try Steinder Weisen’s products. I will say, out of the gate, I just generally really enjoyed everything that I tried.

So the first Steinder Weisen product that I tried was the Firène cream. It is a firming concentrate cream, has a lot of wonderful actives in it to support skin barrier. And I will say, out of the gate, I was a little unsure because I tend to have normal to, like, oily-leaning skin. Like, if my skin is underhydrated, it can tend to get oily throughout the day, or if I’m stressed, or, you know, what have you, it can tend to get oily throughout the day.

So I definitely felt that the Firène cream might be a little heavy for me on first touch. But then I put it on my face for the first time, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how my skin felt really hydrated, and the product dried down so well that there wasn’t, like, a greasy, creamy after-feeling. It definitely, like, hydrated but also seeped into the skin nicely.

I did notice, after using it consistently for about 30 days, an improvement in overall appearance of the skin. My skin looked really nice, like, toned, and my skin felt, as I said, nicely hydrated. I also noticed the reduction of some enlarged pores on my cheeks, which was nice to see. I think that tends to happen when my skin’s really well hydrated, and I imagine the barrier-supportive components of Firène probably can help with that too. So that was really lovely.

The texture itself is super velvety, which is cool. It’s like this, like, velvety, creamy, luxurious texture. So that’s all really lovely.

I actually really would love to repurchase the—what is it called?—the Firène, because I genuinely have missed it since I’ve stopped using it.

So these reviews are based on using the product for, like, a full month, maybe more. I don’t know how long it lasted me. And that was all I was using. Can you believe it? I stopped using all of my BR, and I was just using the Firène. And I was shocked because normally I have to use some sort of serum. But the active components in it were just so wonderful. And my skin, as I said, felt very hydrated.

It was so refreshing to have fewer steps because I’ve had, like, a million steps in my routine for however long, using Biologique (Recherche) and whatever other serums I have, plus double cleansing, plus using my hydrosol, then adding serums, then adding a cream, then adding eye cream. It’s, like, so many steps normally. But in this case, it felt madly simplified, which was lovely.”
