LESOINE™ is our most botanically diverse formula: a rich herbal gelée mask that combines moisture-binding humectants with 17 botanical extracts, ferments, fungi and marine ingredients. Snow mushroom and sodium PCA attract and hold water, phospholipids and emollients condition, and the botanicals add comfort. Skin feels softer, hydrated and refreshed after rinsing.

LESOINE™ brings together Haitian guava leaf ferment, snow mushroom, reishi, tepezcohuite, Dragon’s Blood, royal jelly, centella asiatica, licorice, Mexican botanicals, seaweeds and fermented copper in one intensive rinse-off mask.

Humectants help attract and hold moisture, while phospholipids, emollients and botanical ingredients condition the skin. Its gelée texture creates a deliberate pause between cleansing and the rest of your routine.

LESOINE™ brings together botanicals with long histories of traditional use, alongside modern humectants, ferments, beta-glucan, phospholipids and skin-conditioning ingredients.

  • Dragon’s Blood (Croton lechleri): a deep red sap from the Amazon, traditionally known as nature’s “liquid bandage” and long used on the skin by Indigenous communities. In LESOINE™, it’s included as a botanical skin-conditioning ingredient.
  • Tepezcohuite (Mimosa tenuiflora): known in Mexico for its traditional use in skin care. It gained wide attention after its reported use following the 1984 San Juanico disaster. Its bark contains a complex mix of natural compounds that researchers continue to study.
  • Guava leaf ferment: guava leaves have a long history of traditional use in Haiti and elsewhere. LESOINE™ uses a fermented guava leaf ingredient at the heart of its botanical and ferment complex.
  • Snow mushroom (Tremella fuciformis): a fungus that holds moisture, in both extract and ferment forms, to help skin attract and retain water.
  • Reishi, beta-glucan and centella asiatica: comforting, conditioning ingredients from fungal and botanical traditions.
  • Onion extract: naturally rich in flavonoids, including quercetin. It’s included as a botanical skin-conditioning ingredient.
  • Marine complex: sea salt, bladderwrack and two kelps (Laminaria digitata and Laminaria hyperborea), rich in minerals and conditioning compounds.
  • Mexican botanicals: Agastache mexicana and Mexican arnica (Heterotheca inuloides), from Mexico’s herbal traditions.
  • Royal jelly, licorice and fermented copper: round out the complex with conditioning and comforting support.

LESOINE™ is derived from the French phrase le soin, meaning care.

Across cultures, botanicals, fungi, minerals and fermented ingredients have long been part of traditional skin care. Amazonian communities used Dragon’s Blood, traditionally known as nature’s “liquid bandage.” In Mexico, tepezcohuite has a long history of topical use, while fermentation has been used for centuries to transform botanical materials.

LESOINE™ brings these traditions together through Ancestral Science™, drawing on ethnobotanical knowledge and using modern formulation science to create a concentrated gelée for hydration, skin comfort and conditioning.

  • Our most botanically diverse formula: 17 botanical, ferment, fungal and marine ingredients, together making up more than 50% of the formula.
  • An intensive rinse-off ritual: a dedicated 5 to 10-minute treatment after cleansing.
  • Hydration and conditioning: moisture-binding humectants meet phospholipids, emollients and botanical extracts.
  • Ancestral Science™: traditional ingredient knowledge interpreted through modern formulation.

After cleansing with PASTÈSE™, apply a thin, even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Good to know: patch test before first use. Some people may feel tingling, which isn’t a sign the product is working. If stinging, burning, redness or discomfort occurs, rinse off immediately and stop using it. Don’t use on broken or irritated skin. Contains royal jelly, so avoid if you’re allergic to bee products.

WHEN TO USE

Use one to two times per week, in the evening on rest nights.

Rest-night routine: PASTÈSE™, then LESOINE™ (rinse), then BUFFÈRE™, LAMELLARE™ and finally BASTINA™.

Don’t use on the same night as LISSE™ or RÉAU™.
